CANCELLATIONS

• You can cancel a session at no charge with at least 24 hours advance notice. 

• Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled session price.

• If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.

THE MORE YOU KNOW

 

• Each massage period includes 10 minutes for consultation and dressing, for example a 60 minute session = 60 minutes of actual massage + 10 minutes for consultation and dressing.

• Arrive a few minutes early to ensure a complete and relaxing session.

• Tips are not expected and referrals are greatly appreciated.

• Receipts are provided upon request especially for submitting to flexible spending plans.

• Payment is expected at the time of service, we accept Cash and all Major Credit Cards.

• Be At Ease reserves the right to refuse service.  No lewd conduct shall be permitted.
