People walking and smiling pretending everything is okay,

hoping tomorrow would be a better day,

forgetting that tomorrow isn't promised today,

But remembering they have somewhere 2 go 2 day,

Not paying attention 2 the helpless people on the streets,

just prancing as though there was a beat,

why?

why don't they care?

Is it because they can't be identified?
